I was planning on taking the SATs, but my mother decided I should just take the exams when I'm ready. It'll be very soon until the time for taking tests ends and I'll have to fill in my college applications.
Man, it's hard to be a junior in high school!
There's $89 I'll never receive to take exams.
I still need to buy a few essential school supplies from morning glory.
Man, I love that store. :)
Haven't been going there lately. :(
Ahh~~ I still remember when the guy with a moustache, who looked sort of like a thug (which some people I guess barely talk to but he's fun to be around), started going about, telling people's fortune on school campus with fortune telling cards.
I observed how the dude told each person's fortune.
(I couldn't remember his name at the moment, so I'll just call him Ah Ben for now.
He actually moved a couple of months ago. :[ )
For the last 5 minutes of lunch, I asked Ah Ben to tell my fortune.
The way he told everyone their fortune seemed really realistic.
Right before the bell rang (1 minute), Ah Ben told me that my future was about love.
He advised me to not jump into a relationship so quick, because at the moment it's not the best idea to even start one.
Following his advice, I thought about who I would have a crush on at the moment.
Because whoever my crush was at the moment was the person I'd have to stay friends for a while.
And I started to think of... a friend.
...man, how long until I actually get to find a prince to call my own?...
Anyways, yesterday was my school's 1st drumline show.
We've got 2nd place, but that was okay, seeing how most of the drumline are new players.
1st place was L.A. High, which coincidentally L.A. High hosted & always hosted the drumline competitions.
(L.A. High is another name for the real school's name, so it's not Los Angeles High, alright?)
But after we performed, we undressed our uniforms, and watched L.A. High's drumline.
They were actually pretty good.
LoL Half our drumline sat on the farther side of the gym seats from where we were at.
Did I mention yesterday was also Rahmel's birthday?
Well, it was also my sister's friend's birthday, but I knew Rahmel more than her, so... my bad.
Just now I finished watching Legally Blondes on Disney Channel. :)
Nice movie. :D
As I lay quietly on my recent updated bed, I've remembered January the 7th, when Ozzy finally joined the drumline.
He's now on the mallet line section, playing the chimes and the glockenspiel (a.k.a. bells).
I not only play the xylophone, I'm Section Leader of the Mallet part of the Drumline.
I'm still hoping for that one prince to pop into my life someday, but I've really been busy lately. :(

Finally it's Winter Break! For 2 weeks! The 1st 3 weeks got hectic, though. (Plus a 4th Sunday.)
My school had Late Start for the 1st 2 Wednesdays.
The 1st Wednesday night of December showed a full moon over the night sky.
At the 2nd church I go to, I signed up for Handbell practice with Sean and Ozzy.
It's what you play music by holding onto different bells which ring in different tones.
I've been practicing with this Handbell group every Thursday for this month.
We're supposed to be performing this Thursday - yes, on Christmas Eve during Mass.
December 10th was the last full band ensemble rehearsal for the rest of the school year.
We only had after school rehearsals like that whenever marching season is going on.
But since it's over for the rest of the school year, so are the rehearsals. :-)
Now it's Concert Band season. The school band and the school's Jazz band played in the gym.
We played on Wednesday night and Friday morning during 3rd period.
The only difference was that Wednesday, the handbell choir from another church appeared in the middle of our concert.
On Friday, 4 old men from the school (including our band instructor) sang in harmony a Christmas song for 2 assemblies. (Like I said, during 3rd period class.)
I hated to do this, but I had to ask my mother a favor while I was busy with school and church.
She bought presents for me to give to a couple of people for the Secret Santa stuff.
On December 5th, the Night Parade at West Covina was technically the last parade for the marching season. Our band couldn't participate the next Saturday after that due to the rain.
I like the rain, so no worries. Plus, the Night Parade was pretty cool. The next day I caroled.
It was for the church. Veronica and Ozzy came along, and they sing pretty good. :-)
We went to the Women's Shelter at Los Alamitos, then went back to the church to sing for Mass.
Oh, you didn't know? I signed up for the choir at church. It pretty much started last month.
My parents signed me & Connie up for Confirmation at another church.
So now I go to 2 churches every Sunday. Ouch. The pressure just pushed down on my shoulders.
But I don't mind at all. My best guy friend was there, so I was a bit relaxed. Usually I'm shy. hee.
It was funny on December 5 & 6, because on both days the call time was 2 PM. Get it? Hahaha~
Again & Again & Again & Again~!!! LoL Ahhh~~~~~ Anyways, Connie's birthday was the 8th.
We had a birthday party for her on the 12th with her friends. It was a great atmosphere.
Connie's sometimes just too stubborn and a big jerk dumbass to figure out how nice life is.
There were so many meetings on the 7th during lunch that I only had the feeling capacity of going to just one meeting - the CSF meeting. There was a photo shoot and discussion.
There was also the Holiday Bazaar on the 11th. This time, the booths were inside the gym.
It was a very nice entertainment atmosphere. Hanukkah also began at sundown that day.
On the 13th, my father forgot about me going to the choir practice at 3:30 p.m.
I ended up going to church a few minutes until the Mass started. I still got to sing though...
The next day there was a mix-up. My band instructor said there was no way we could fit.
The photographers were stupid. So he just canceled the shoot and decided to set up the next one.
The original photographer from 2 years ago was whom my band instructor wanted.
